10th day

finally, 10th day. It has been a pleasant experience. i got a new confidence in myself having survived the 9 days. I feel a lot lighter now and feel healthier. I weighed in at 220lbs when i started on Aug 18. Now, Aug . 27, i weigh 204 lbs. 16lbs in 10 days....not bad. My blood pressure is down to 110 over 80. I have a sever sleep disorder (sleep apnea) but with this diet, my wife told me my sleeping has improved (i.e. snoring went milder).

Also, I was able to quit smoking for 10 days. No alcohol either.
